Approximately fifty apparel companies from Korea will participate in an exceptional fashion show from September 30th to 2nd October 2009 at the California Market Center, in Los Angeles. The Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency and in short KOTRA today announced this, quoting that the participating companies will display their recent collections at the debut west coast edition of Material World and Technology Solutions.
Korea’s economic growth receive its maximum boost from the export of textile and therefore continues being a renowned leading producer and exporter internationally as Tim von Gal, the president of Material World Technology Solutions asserted. In addition, the president expressed high expectations about upcoming event to be held hand in hand with American Apparel and Footwear Association and LA International Textiles Show in Los Angeles. He said that their extension of Korean exhibition area at the new event would enable their spectators to view their recent innovations, fresh technologies and fashion production potentials.
Korea trade investment-promotion Agency director general at Los Angeles, Mr. Sang Chul Kim added that this upcoming fall show stands a better chance to be recognized and remembered always by the funs having been organized by top partners like California Market Center and Material World Los Angeles. Having been established for a period of four years now, the Global Korea Textile show at LA still holds the key purpose to the promotion of Korea textile and fashion industry as Mr. Sang articulated.
A round up of a few companies expected to participate in Korean exhibition area include the DaeDo, StarTex, Korea textile center, Masi International amid many others. California being a top fashion and design center for long, the Technology Solutions and Material World aims at merging and mixing all aspects of fashion industry in both Korea and America in a very creative and beneficial manner.
